What are the ingredients?

Accepted Answer

All-purpose flour, unsalted butter, cane sugar, egg, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, salt, light corn syrup, meringue powder, lemon extract, confectioner's sugar, gel food coloring.    Allergy Information: Contains eggs, wheat, dairy, and gel food coloring.   I do NOT bake in a nut free kitchen.

What is your shipping policy?

Accepted Answer

All cookies are shipped from West Chester, PA via USPS Priority Mail.  At this time, orders cannot be shipped outside the United States. You must provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites, or floor numbers.  Please note that we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been placed.  Shipped orders will not require a signature to complete delivery, and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit or that arrive late due to weather conditions.  We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.  Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.  We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.

When do you bake my cookies?

All cookies are baked fresh to order.  Each cookie is individually bagged in a clear, heat sealed cellophane bag to ensure freshness.

Cookie Breakage

Accepted Answer

We cannot return or refund broken cookies.  Cookies are carefully wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, placed in a bakery box with crinkle shredded paper, and then placed inside a sturdy shipping box with packing peanuts.  We have good luck with very minimal to no breakage, but we have no control over how the postal service handles the package.

Can I order "custom" cookies?"

At this time we are not accepting custom orders but we encourage you to look at our made-to-order sets available on ETSY at Bakeshop ATC.  You will have the opportunity to personalize these sets to your occasion with names and specific color palettes.  Please reach out to us with questions.
